with a home and an income thus giving a return on your capital.
You have the opportunity now to live in this wonderful place.

We have created a spread sheet to show the various earning potentials of the property.

"As well as an outright sale we are also open to the possibility of an exchange"

"With cash either way"

"Anywhere in the World."

Up to £550000 if the property has lets or some form of income.

Not bed and breakfast : )

We are looking for a house rather than a bungalow
with 3 to 5 bedrooms.

A quiet location away from main roads.

There is also the possibility of sharing a home or home and business
with a kind couple, not to be in each others pockets but to share the load.

Anything is possible but to mind comes a large secluded house
anywhere in the world with separate lets within the land to bring in an income.

But do not be afraid to suggest something totally different.
Such as a boat, a planetary observatory teaching wind surfing
on a tropical island beach, anything, who knows : )

They say two can live as cheaply as one
so it has got to be more cost effective and a lighter load for four.

Why Are We Moving From Such A Lovely Place ?

Problems with one of our grownup daughters 40 and her choice of male is the reason we have decided to move.

He will not work, lives off her and tried to do the same with us.
She now has two children by him whom we have never seen, it is all very sad.

The following is About Us

We are both in early 60s I run, Alanna cycles, we eat healthy food.
We do not think much of the present day world and its values.

Would
rather die than watch Coronation Street or Eastenders : )

Thoroughly dislike the telephone after years in business : )

Alanna loves reading, and collecting teddy bears.

I collect vintage radio equipment, film projectors, love astronomy
anything to do with space travel the stars and the universe.

Would love to build a time machine so that I could leave this present generation : )

We both like walking, boot sales and enjoy our internet business
where we treat the customers like friends.

We are house proud but not to say that dust never settles : )

We never wear outside shoes in the house.

Love animals including dogs as long as they do not bark.
The same goes for children : )

We do not follow any particular faith
but both believe in God, goodness and kindness and love for others.

Mullion Cove is a wonderful place to live, far away from the city troubles.

Kind Regards Allen and Alanna : )

I have added pictures of ourselves as a house sale can be a stressful time.
If we treat each other with kindness there is no need for this.

It can be a happy joyful time.

The Gift shop already has a tenant with a lease,  producing an income of £120 a week, £6240 a year.
When the current tenant leaves you could if you wished run the shop or re-let it,
there are always plenty of applicants

If the flat as it is was used as a Holiday Let Mullion Cottages have assessed it as Band S
This would if rented out as a holiday let for 20 weeks gross £14000 a year.

In addition the building to the left the pottery / craft workshop, could easily
be rented out as it is, or converted to a rental let

As an example a one bedroom flat in Mullion Village is producing an income of £140 per week.

There is also a plot of land slightly larger in size than the pottery to the left of the garage,
where subject to planning a further let could be built.

The Property boarders on to a stream with spectacular views all around
At night the stars shine down like a crystal chandelier
