We have had some viewings that were obviously not genuine

Such as someone who had lived in the property in the past
and was just viewing for nostalgic reasons.

Another who obviously had arranged a viewing just to see my Military Radio Collection.

We are very tidy people but always make an extra effort if someone wishes to view,
 this make unnecessary work if they are really not genuine.

If you have sold a property you will know that there is a certain amount of stress
involved in having strangers look round your home.

So please be kind to us and only view if you are genuinely interested.

( Due to other commitments and my health viewings have to be in the afternoon. )

( Please give at least a couple of days prior notice. )

( We do need to know a specific time and day, then you will be most welcome : )
