Alanna and I have been supplying service data for radio equipment for some 10 years.
We find it very interesting and a pleasure to help in the restoration of vintage radio equipment.
I have worked in radio and electronics all my life.

In the past we have worked all hours, often late at night and into the early hours.

We have both now reached retirement age.
 We have the option of either closing down completely or working at an easier pace.

You are welcome to order at any time but orders could sometimes take a day to process.
 It is more than likely things will be done straight away.

Delivery : - UK day following when the order has been processed.
 To any destination the world. Western Europe 3 to 4 days by Airmail following when the order has been processed.
Eastern Europe 4 to 5 days by Airmail following when the order has been processed.
Outside Europe 5 days by Airmail following when the order has been processed.
Confirmation As soon as possible after receiving your order we will email you to confirm delivery time.
Format : -  Service information and manuals are supplied as loose leaf paper copy A4 size in a folder,
the folder protects the contents in the post as well as providing a storage medium afterwards. 
 Also available on CD or as a Download.
Packaging : - A clear plastic sleeve inside the envelope plus a card folder keeps the contents clean and dry.
Printing : - By Laser Jet rather than ink jet, it gives a better copy and if you should get it wet it will not smudge.
Quality : - Alanna and I provide a personal service and take great pride in doing our very best for you
in quality and the good manners of a generation gone by.

We go for quality not quantity it is part of my hobby.

Orders will if possible be the despatched the same day, excluding most weekends but if not as soon as we can.
Refunds : - In the very unlikely event that were not happy with the service sheet or manual we supplied
a full refund would be available.
