The Sputnik Special, sold under this
name when the first Russian satellite of the same name was launched.
The
receiver covers from 10 to 60 m c/s, it's correct ref is Reception set
R208.
The mode was AM a BFO is fitted, supplies are mains or battery, the
set has an internal vibrator unit for HT.
As far as I know the Sputnik
transmitted round 60 m c/s. |
